Crazyest day ever

June 27, 2007 at 4:35 am (Le Grand Saut)

8′oclocl: Wake up (usually to work, I wake up at 8h30)

8:15 – Beaver street – staff accom to join Melissa and Sarah

8h45 – We are at the stable getting ready to meet our horse for the horseback riding.

9h – I met Duce, my marble horse, he was really cool

10h – Horseback riding finish

12h – We called a cab to go to Lake Minewanka. We did an amazing boat tour with a guide who was talking about of history facts of the lake and the area of the national park.

14h – Boat tour finish, there were some bighorn, in fact a family near of the deck.

We took the choice to walk back to Banff (we didn’t know how long it would take). I was in high heels, our camera all died. During our trip, we met a troup of sheeps and bighorns. They were around 10 looking at us and we had to pass over them to continue our way.

It was now 3 o’clock and the sun was really hot so I took out my shirt and was walking with my bikini top. After an other hour of walk we saw a Parc Canada car and I was moving my arms to stop him. I asked him how long it should take to get in Banff and he was laughing and said : ”About 3 hours if you run so maybe — 5 hours for you girls (don’t forget I was in high heels), I finished my shift so if you stay on the trail I will give you a ride back”. 30 minutes later he was there, we jumped in the back of his truck (it’s illegal) and we brought us back to our hotel.

7 o’clock – Watch Ocean Thirteen at Lux Theater. Not really good, just a repetition of the 1rst and 2nd movie.

10h30 – Going sleeping — tired :P
